Pick up Service Regulations

These regulations are edited in Italian and are exclusively based on the Italian text.
For eventual clarification please contact the Central Secretary's Office.

Pick up service - The Pick up service operates on student demand by reserving it for one of the pre-scheduled times, at least one week in advance. For a time other than those pre-scheduled you must request this service at least 2 weeks in advance. The service includes a meeting with one of our staff at the location where you will receive keys for your accommodation, a map of your chosen city, an accommodation card, electricity and gas meter readings at the time of cleaning, and for a ‘Studio', a list of items in the room. The prices are in Euro, per person. For all students of the DolceVita program and for the Castelraimondo school in the Marche region, the pick up service is included in the course price.
